We are looking for a Property Manager to manage our single family homes and multi family properties (townhomes and apartments).
A majority of these properties are located in Christiansburg, Blacksburg and Radford.
We also have a couple properties in Pearisburg, Pembroke, Pulaski, and Shawsville.
Qualifications - Property Management experience would be ideal.
High attention to detail, energetic, outgoing, friendly, base computer skills, good credit score, organized, able to multitask, effective communication, and works well with others.
Job duties include - Customer service, manage curb appeal/enforce rules and regulations, collections/going to court, advertising, and getting properties leased.
