Responsibilities:
Providing decisive leadership in the retail store in the accomplishment of established goals.
Leading with inclusiveness and promotes innovation in the work environment.
Sets high expectations and holds others accountable.
Rewards success and clearly communicates policies and expectations.
Directing and supervises store staff as needed to accomplish store goals.
Driving operations and maintains budget by controlling expenses; to be accomplished by ensuring standards are followed, labor costs are managed, and other expenses controlled.
Leading employees engaged in daily register and sales operations, reconciles cash with sales receipts, keeps operating records, and prepares a daily record of transactions ensuring accurate submission to accounting.
Directs staffing, training, prepares and conducts performance evaluations.
Sets high expectations for performance and holds others accountable through performance-based management.
Promote and utilize an open-door policy conducive of two-way communication with employees while demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ensures compliance of policies, sales, productivity, and record keeping procedures and practices by all employees.
Performs work tasks with safety and security in mind, reviewing surroundings and correcting safety concerns to contribute to a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
A high school graduate or GED recipient with a minimum of 2-year related management experience? Computer skills including Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and time and attendance system experience required.
A valid driver license holder with the ability to provide proof of insurance? CPR certified or the ability to become CPR certified with GIV provided training? Forklift certified or the ability to become forklift certified with GIV provided training? Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance and/or accommodations? Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
